Fitness became my escape , helping others reach the goal became instant satisfaction to me . Iam always my first client , not having the proper attire to really train how I want , the proper space wasn’t there at the time . I took all of those negative factors and made them positive factors while i was rebuilding myself up while helping others with there fitness goals & more. I was thinking about, what if there’s others out there just like me ? There are . I got to meet so many great people through fitness I just can’t stop . No matter where I was at in the world , no matter how much life was lyfing & kicking my tail lol. I take pride in helping others reach there fitness goals , I understand all of the obstacles .
